Homeschool Day 6th - 12th grade

Join us for a homeschool field trip!

We know that many homeschools are quite small. That means field trips can be difficult! Don't worry, we've got you covered. By having a homeschool field trip day, we can lower the cost of our programs for attendees AND help you meet and network with fellow homeschoolers! And that's not all!

Your homeschool students will also get to learn all about the natural sciences. During our presentation, we cover important concepts like adaptations, habitats, natural histories, good stewardship, and more! Kids will get to meet many wildlife ambassadors such as our reptiles and amphibians, owls, hawks, an eagle, and our ambassador foxes. There is no shortage of amazing animals to meet or fun things to experience and learn.

While much of the content is similar to that of our programs for younger kids, this program will feature bigger words and concepts that could be confusing to children. All ages are welcome, but this program is tailored for kids in the 6th grade (or equivalent) and up.

**NOTE** While we do NOT provide any food items whatsoever, we do have a pavilion and picnic tables in our woods. Guests are welcome to bring a bagged lunch. We will also provide a bonfire and roasting forks, so feel free to bring marshmallows and/or hotdogs!
